This statement describes SecretarIA's commitment to compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Limited Use Requirements Compliance
The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specific Commitments
SecretarIA is committed to:
- Using Google data exclusively to provide calendar and appointment management functionality to the professional who authorized access.
- Not selling, renting, or trading Google user data under any circumstances.
- Not using Google data for advertising, market analysis, profiling, or automated decision-making.
- Not transferring or disclosing Google data to third parties, except to send data back to the professional's own Google Calendar.
- Storing Google access tokens securely and using only encrypted channels for all communications.
- Allowing the professional to revoke access at any time from their Google account.
Scope of Data Used
SecretarIA accesses only:
- Basic Google profile information (name, email, Google ID) for authentication.
- Google Calendar (read and write) exclusively to manage the professional's appointments.
We do not access: Gmail emails, Google contacts, Google Drive files, photos, location, or any other data from the user's Google account.
Artificial Intelligence Model
SecretarIA uses a self-hosted artificial intelligence model to process and respond to user requests. This model operates on our own infrastructure and does not transmit user data to third-party AI service providers. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
